I provide a warm, easeful, and nourishing environment in which you can safely and confidentially explore that which matters most to you. Together we identify your goals, wants, and needs and work to cultivate the results you seek.

Youth Counseling
Therapy for teens takes place in collaboration with parents and family members. Because a teen’s lived experience is shaped by their family system and home environment, effective therapy for this age group includes active participation from parents, and sometimes, siblings. In this way, we are all on the same team.
Fees & Policies

50-minute individual | $180
50-minute couple or family | $220
Session fees are due at time of session and are payable by cash, check, or Venmo.

I am an out of network provider. I can provide you with a monthly superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement (if you have out of network coverage) or to you HSA account.

If you are unable to attend your scheduled therapy session, please notify me 48 hours in advance. Otherwise, you will be charged your full session fee.
